Robotics Club


Moderator: Mr. Donald Florek (dflorek@shanahan.org)

Meeting Day: Mondays immediately after school for about 1.5 hours

Frequency of Meetings: Generally once per week but may increase to twice per week as the members get ready for a competition.

Purpose/Activities: The purpose of the Robotics Club is to establish a friendly competition between student groups as they design and develop robots to accomplish specific tasks. Most of the competition is within the club but there may be some competition among other school's clubs.

Requirements: An interest in solving problems.
