 Moderator: Ms. Stephanie Belefonte

Meeting Day: Open Membership begins in November

Frequency of Meetings: Executive staff meets 4 days a week and New members will be welcomed in November.

Purpose/Activities: The purpose of this club is to provide the student body with a book of yearly memories. They work diligently to capture both the students in action, and the important events of the school year. As a staff member, you will write stories, headlines, and captions. You will learn the format for each of these, and will interview teachers, team captains, and students in order to accumulate information for the story or yearbook section on which you are working. When the book is completed, and distributed in May, there is a great sense of accomplishment for everyone who participated in any way throughout the year.

Requirements: Yearbook is a club that depends on each member's dedication, creativity, writing skills, and positive attitude. Membership in this activity is open to all classes, and commitment to the project is essential.

Officers: Leadership Council Member: Caroline Weyback-Liogier 10A

Other Information: Time Investment: The members of the yearbook staff work diligently from October to February to produce the yearbook, Aquila. Staff members attend meetings each week, on Wednesday and Thursday, from 3:00-4:30.
