Activities - Student Council

Moderator: Mr. Joseph Aquilante

Meeting Day: Executive Board meetings are held on Tuesday of each week from 3:00 to 5:00pm. General meetings occur on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:00pm.

Frequency of Meetings: Student Council members can expect to spend as many as 25 hours a week on Student Council activities. They must be available to contribute as the need arises.

Purpose/Activities: The purpose of the Student Council is to support the mission of the school. It is a great way to get involved in the school community. Whether it is through dances, community service, or expressions of faith, the student body becomes united through the numerous events that Student Council sponsors. Leadership possibilities!!

Requirements: Membership in the Student Council is by student nomination and election only. In order to run for office, students must maintain an academic average of 85 or higher, have a good discipline record (no less than 85), and must present teacher endorsements with their application.
