Academic Pathways

In addition to a rigorous core curriculum, a wide array of electives, and AP and dual-enrollment opportunities, Bishop Shanahan High School offers specialized academic pathways that allow students to pursue their passions, develop real-world skills, and stand out in the college admissions process.

St. Francis Xavier Academic Achievement Program

The St. Francis Xavier Academic Achievement Program is a new initiative at Bishop Shanahan High School designed to provide comprehensive learning support services to students with diagnosed learning differences.  

Dual Enrollment & Advanced Placement

Our partnerships with local universities allow students to take college course sand to receive dual credit for both BSHS and the partner college. 

College Advising

BSHS College Advisors work closely with our students and their families as they prepare for this next important step in their lives.
