Shanahan put on an outstanding performance across all matches on Friday. From singles to doubles, every player gave it their all.
- #1 Singles: Danny Gallagher played a high-level match vs. Ben Gao, with both players recognized for their effort. Final: 6-0, 4-6, 7-5 (Gao).
- Wins by Liam O’Sullivan (#2 Singles), Will Engle (#3 Singles – first win as an Eagle), #1 Doubles (Steinetz/Snyder), Celentano/Gatti, and Wilmer/Calabro.
- Close Battle: Vandara/Wiedel pushed to a third-set tiebreak but narrowly lost.
- JV Highlights
Strong wins from Hoang/Hope, Kerins/Gatti, Weichelt/Gurley, and Carotenuto/Cunningham. Urbanic/Hoang dropped a heartbreaker in a tiebreak: 8-9 (12-14).
