This school year, Bishop Shanahan High School launched its first girls' flag football team! The head coach is Bob Iannello, assisted by Alyssa Feairheller and Evelyn Stohlman.
Congratulations to the team on claiming their first victory over Villa Joseph Marie 25-12 this week! Maya Taylor and Kaitlyn Cross had touchdown receptions from Devan Cosgrove. Kaitlyn Cross had an interception returned for a Touchdown, and Tess Foret had 3 interceptions, one of which she returned for a touchdown. History was made and the team improved to 1-1 on the season.
