Course Request Approval Form
Please follow these directions for e—signing your student’s Course Request Approval Form. Complete the approval form no later than Friday April 1, 2022. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, please reach out (rmoran@shanahan.org).
eSigning Your Course Request Approval Form
1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://aopcatholicschools.powerschool.com/public and log in to your parent account. Forms cannot be signed from the student portal.
2. Click the 21-22 School Forms Link in the left menu.
3. Click the Course Request Parent/Guardian Approval Form hyperlink.
4. Fill out all required fields indicated with an (*) and click submit.
5. You will see a message indicating that the changes have been saved.
6. If you have more than one student, click the next student’s name from the blue menu bar (top left). Repeat steps 3-5 until all student forms are signed.
