Congratulations, Honor Societies!
Yesterday evening, Bishop Shanahan High School celebrated the installation of the National Honor Society, World Language Honor Societies, Tri-M Music Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, and the Monsignor Schuyler Chapter of the National Honor Society. Congratulations to all of the society members on this special occasion. We are so proud of all that our student scholars have accomplished, and look forward to the 2024 - 2025 school year with them!
Also at the ceremony, Shanahan welcomed Andrew Musick as the keynote speaker. Andrew is a proud Shanahan alumnus of the Class of 2018. During his time as a Shanahan Eagle, he served as the secretary of NHS, competed in varsity track and cross country, and led multiple Kairos retreats. Andrew obtained his Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University where he competed in triathlons, served as president of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, and supported his sports teams all the way to the Final Four in Phoenix earlier this year. Upon graduation in May of 2023, Andrew joined the Operations Leadership Development Program at diagnostic medical device manufacturer Siemens Healthineers, currently reporting to the Glasgow, DE site.
