Mrs. Scullin’s Intro to STEM class wrapped up the semester with one of our favorite projects, the Energy Transfer Rube Goldberg Challenge!
Students designed creative machines using simple machines and multiple steps to complete one final task: popping a balloon! From dominos and rolling marbles to pulleys and levers, each project demonstrated energy transfer, problem-solving, teamwork, and perseverance.
Watching potential energy turn into kinetic energy was the perfect way to end the semester.
