The Shanahan Fine Arts Department celebrated its Spring Art Exhibition this past week! Congratulations to all of the BSHS art students for their wonderful, creative work this year! 


-1 to 3: Many pieces of art by Shanahan students.


-4 through 6: Artwork from the 3D Design class; Julia Bennett's Advanced Placement Work: StoryBoard, The Four Horseman by Jocelyn Howell and Advanced Placement Work: The Book of Revelation.


-7 through 9: Additional pieces of art by Shanahan students.


-10 through 12: Artwork from the following AOP grade schools - St. Maximilian Kolbe, art teacher Mrs. Pat Frantz; St. Patrick School Malvern, art teacher Mrs. Frances Cardone; Saints Phillip and James School, art teacher Miss Kristen Goldstein; Assumption BVM School, art teacher Ms. Teresa Brennan; St. Joseph School, art teacher Mr. David Chalmers; and Saints Peter and Paul School, art teacher Mrs. Gladys Luciano.

-14: The Ptakowski family with Karalina who received the Art Department Service Award for her work in designing the Eagle eSports Program logo, the Battle of the Bands program cover, and the Homecoming Spirit t-shirts.


-15: Mrs. Mary Ann Thompson, Ellie Snyder, Emily Grundfast, and Aimee Raymundo.


-16: Madeleine Grous and her parents. This year Madeleine received an Excellence in Art Award, First Place in the Domestic Violence Poster Competition which included cash prizes, and the High School Division Award in the Pennsylvania Youth Art Month Exhibit.


-17: Ines Medina and her parents. Ines received Third Place in the Domestic Violence of Chester County Poster Competition and designed the back cover of the Art program.


-18: Mary East and Mrs. Thompson. Mary received two awards - a third place and an honorable mention for her work in the Chester County High School Art Exhibit.
