COVID-19 Data Dashboard
With the health and safety of every member of our school communities as a priority, we continue to navigate the constantly evolving COVID-19 landscape. On January 10, 2022, we shared a system wide update to the process of communicating with families when confirmed cases of COVID-19 are present in a school population.
Given the continued presence of the virus and the high-level of transmissibility rates associated with its Omicron variant, each school will utilize a COVID-19 Data Dashboard.
The COVID-19 Data Dashboard will provide school families with the current number of COVID-19 positive cases for students and staff in their local school community. The dashboard will be updated on a regular basis. The process in which you report a positive case or potential exposure remain the same. Additional details to how the dashboard will serve as a communication hub are outlined on the dashboard. School families will only receive a letter if their child is required to quarantine per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines.
Senior administrators in the Office of Catholic Education, along with various partners, review our universal COVID-19 mitigation practices on a weekly basis. That action plan, and any modifications, are driven by guidance from local health officials and regular data reports highlighting COVID-19 cases and transmission levels as well as vaccination rates at the county level.
We are grateful to you for your continued support and partnership to in ensuring the health and safety of our students, faculty, administrators, and staff. We will continue to provide updates when possible.
If you have general questions you may send them to our Covid-19 email: covid19@archphila-oce.org.

Course Request Approval Form
In addition to preparing for Easter, this is also the time of year we begin preparations for the next school year. Indeed, all students have already submitted their course requests for next year via PowerSchool. The next step in the course selection process is for parents and guardians to approve the courses which their students have requested.
All parents and/or guardians must submit an on-line approval form for their students’ requests before we can proceed with the course selection process and the designing of a master roster for the 2022-2023 school year.
